How to request deletion
- Select Email deletion request.
- Send the email from the Google account used for Nexora Journal AI.
- Include the signed-in email address. Your display name is optional.
- We may reply to verify that you own the account before deletion.
If the button does not open your email app, send an email to nexora8ai@gmail.com with the subject Nexora Journal AI Account Deletion Request.
Data deleted with the account
After verification, the deletion process covers personal cloud data associated with the app account, including:
- Firebase Authentication account and sign-in identity for this app.
- Cloud profile information linked to the app user ID.
- Current credit balance and app-usage data linked to the account.
- Other personal cloud records that are not required to be retained.
Data that needs separate action
Journals, photos, videos, audio, AI artwork and AI Memory Books stored only on your phone are under your control. Delete them in the app, clear the app's Android storage or uninstall the app to remove that local copy.
Backup ZIP files remain in the storage location you chose until you delete them. Google Drive private app-data backups are held in your own Google account. You can remove app data through Google Drive settings or delete the backup using the app while your account remains accessible.
Limited records we may retain
We may retain limited purchase, order, transaction, security, fraud- prevention or audit records where reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, regulatory or dispute-resolution purposes. Retained records are restricted and are not used to keep an active app account.
Timing and important effects
We will acknowledge the request and complete verified deletion as soon as reasonably practicable. Account deletion is permanent. Remaining credits cannot be restored to a newly created account, and deleting an account does not itself create a refund for previously completed Google Play purchases.
